Heart to Hearts is our peer-listening project that happens once per term. We believe in the importance of connection and storytelling. Come find one of our Listeners in a red shirt to share with them anything about your day or ask questions about what is happening in Wellness.

Open your mind. Manage your stress. Learn mindfulness & meditation.
Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to university students.
Wellness Services welcomes all students to participate in this in-person, 4-week mindfulness program.

Koru Mindfulness is Co-curricular record approved if you attend 3 of the 4 sessions.
