Introduction to Mindfulness (MIEA)

Heart to Hearts is our peer-listening project that happens once per term. We believe in the importance of connection and storytelling. Come find one of our Listeners in a red shirt to share with them anything about your day or ask questions about what is happening in Wellness.

Heart to Hearts for Fall 2025 will be held October 22nd from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM

Heart to Hearts is co-curricular record approved; therefore, volunteers can earn a badge for their participation.

Introduction to Mindfulness (MIEA) ® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to university students.

Wellness Services welcomes all students to participate in this in-person, 4-week mindfulness program.

2025/26 Introduction to Mindfulness Classes:

Introduction to Mindfulness (MIEA) is Co-curricular record approved if you attend 3 of the 4 sessions.
