Registration to open in early May. All graduating students will be emailed at this time.

Itinerary – Wednesday, June 10, 2026

10:00am: Huron graduates participate in Western’s Convocation Ceremony at Canada Life Place *
12:00pm – 2:00pm: Following Western’s Ceremony, join us for a light lunch in Burnlea Hall, a social and photo opportunities for graduates and their families at Huron
2:00pm: Schulich Hall doors open for guests. Overflow seating in the Medline Student Commons to view the livestream
AND Graduates to have arrived to robing area to line up for the celebration
2:30pm: FASS Convocation Celebration in Schulich Hall

Graduating Students: Please note that your regalia order through Western has a late registration fee if ordered after May 8, 2026. Regalia registration must be done by May 15, 2026. Link here.

International Students Convocation

Congratulations to our International Leaders with Heart – you did it! Now, it’s time to honour your achievements. For international students who want their loved ones to attend Convocation, please complete and submit this form. A letter for each guest who will be attending will be issued to the student by the President. This letter is required for the travel VISA application process for that guest, and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure this letter reaches their guest on time to complete the process.
