Steps for Course Registration
Students who submitted their Intent to Register(ITR), will have this reviewed by their Academic Advisor during the adjudication period.
There are two periods of adjudication:
Your Academic Advisor will review the program/module a student has chosen to determine if they have met the requirements to progress in the chosen program/module.
Students will review their adjudication result and comments, made by their Academic Advisor in their Grade Report. To view your Grade Report, log into Student Center, click the Academics tile > Program Status > Grade Report-Progression.

If you did not submit your Intent to Register (which lets us know that you plan to return for the 2025-26 academic year and the program/module you wish to pursue) or have a change to your desired program, which may impact your access to registering in those courses, please reach out to your Academic Advisor as soon as possible.
If you do not know who your Academic Advisor please reach out to huronsss@uwo.ca
You will require an enrolment appointment before you can access the system and complete your registration in courses.
To determine when this will be log into Student Center 2-3 days before your enrolment window to determine when your enrolment appointment will occur.
To view your enrolment appointment, click the Academics > Course Registration > Enrolment Appointments.

Once your enrolment appointment date has been reached, we recommend you register in courses as soon as you are able. Remember, you can still make changes up until the last day to add a 0.5 fall term course or 1.0 full year course, see Academic Calendar > Sessional Dates for a full list of deadlines in the Western University Academic Calendar
If a course is full and is required for your progression into third year (meaning it is a prerequisite for future required courses) of your desired program/module, please reach out to your Academic Advisor and they will review. Remember, you can take these courses in year 3 or 4.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Academic Advisor via email or join us for virtual drop in over zoom, which we host Wednesdays from 2-3:30pm during the summer months (May – August). Please see the Academic Advising page for zoom links and further information.
