Assistant Professor, Mathematics, Management and Organizational Studies

Mohsen Mollahajiaghaei, PhD
My teaching philosophy is in the belief that mathematics becomes meaningful when students see its structure, its logic, and its power to reveal patterns. I aim to create a classroom where students develop confidence through guided discovery, clear explanation, and purposeful challenge. My role is not only to teach techniques, but to cultivate mathematical thinking, creativity, and perseverance, so that every student can engage deeply with ideas and learn to reason independently.
